Future Given Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through initiatives focused on educational opportunity, global solidarity, and compassionate humanitarian aid. We strive to act in good faith and with due diligence in all our endeavors. However, please carefully read and understand the following limitations and disclaimers regarding liability:

Limitation of Liability for Educational Programs: The Student Tuition Assistance program is intended to provide financial aid to eligible students. The selection of recipients and the provision of funds are at the sole discretion of Future Given Foundation and are subject to established criteria and the availability of resources. Future Given Foundation makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the academic success, future employment, or any other outcomes for students who receive assistance through our program. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision or non-provision of educational assistance.  

Limitation of Liability for Partnerships for Global Well-being: Future Given Foundation collaborates with and provides financial support to other organizations, such as Building Brighter Youth in Nigeria, that align with our mission. These partnerships are undertaken in the belief that they will contribute to positive change. However, Future Given Foundation exercises no direct control over the operations, activities, or decisions of these independent organizations. Therefore, Future Given Foundation shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the work of our partner organizations. Any concerns or issues arising from the activities of our partners should be directed to the respective organization.

Limitation of Liability for Humanitarian Aid Efforts: Our humanitarian aid efforts are intended to provide assistance to individuals and communities in times of crisis. The provision of aid is subject to numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the nature and severity of the crisis, access to affected areas, logistical constraints, security considerations, and the availability of resources. Future Given Foundation makes no guarantees regarding the delivery, timeliness, or specific nature of the aid provided. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with our humanitarian aid efforts, including any failure to provide assistance in any particular situation.
